I had a Garmin running gps watch, the run pace jumped around to much and it broke 10 months late. The instant distance becomes polarr for each zero body speed transient, but the accumulated LAPdistance not. Although at time zero the body speed is zero, the first value recorded in the hrm file is not zero but stems from the displayed speed value.
